I am considering using the recently published DU15NET atlas in one of my analyses (see citation below). The freesurfer wiki page for this atlas says that it is in MNI152 space, but it doesn’t specify what version of MNI152. I know a lot of atlases and pipelines these days are using MNI152NLin6, but in our lab we are using the MNI152NLin2009c, so I need to know if I should transform this atlas before using it. Does anyone happen to know where this information might be listed?
Visually, the DU15NET reference brain seems to line up perfectly with MNI152NLin6 (see images below), but I want to be sure.
