I have fixel stat maps from a MRtrix-based DWI analysis. For each model I ran, I have a separate folder which contains a file that define the fixel indexes and directions, as well as the several statistical outputs that map on to those fixels. All files are .mif. Is there anyway Neurovault can accept this?
