Summary of what happened:
Hello,
I’m relatively new to xcp-d and am working on some surface based analysis. I would like to know if xcp-d can generate outputs in the fsaverage5 space, similar to the prefix_residualized_hemi-R_bold.func.gii generated in xcp-engine? I did notice that there is an option in xcp-d (–warp-surfaces-native2std), but is it possible to somehow specify fsaverage instead of fsLR space?
Thank you!
