Xcp-d without surface preprocessed BOLD?

Hi, I have some resting state data that were preprocessed with fMRIprep and I would like to run them now through xcp-d. However, I did not perform surface preprocessing when these data were preprocessed (I was not aware of xcp-d at the time). Is it possible to run the data through xcp-d if they weren’t surface preprocessed? Could I turn off this requirement with any flag in xcp-d? Or is the only option to re-run preprocessing for the resting state data?

Thank you,
Dominic

Hi @dfareri,

You can use volumetric data in MNI space, but surface processing is in most cases preferred.
