Dear Sisters and Brothers in neuroscience
I am doing an alalysis in FSFast (Freesurfer). For one of my analysis I need to extract z-scores from an ROI, for each vertex separately from the z.nii.gz files generated in the 1st level. I need a table with the number of vertex and the z-score in this vertex (for a specific ROI). Do you have any suggestions how this could be done?
