ABIDE II CPAC pipeline

I need to preprocess ABIDE II dataset with CPAC pipeline as same as that of ABIDE I. I tried using this link https://github.com/FCP-INDI/C-PAC. I am stuck in between.
I would be grateful if anyone could guide me with the steps to preprocess ABIDE II or share any links to that can be followed to preprocess the data.

Have you had any breakthroughs with this? I am looking into processing with fmriprep, considering CPAC as well
