We are pleased to announce the next AFNI Bootcamp: May 28-30, 2025.
This Bootcamp will primarily be held virtually (with an in-person component on main campus in Bethesda, MD, USA, available for NIH folks). Please note: due to current logistics, the in-person part is only available to those who currently work on NIH campus and have badges.
Registration is free and open to both NIH and non-NIH researchers.
The Bootcamp webpage with registration link and a preliminary schedule are provided here.
The course is aimed at people who are already doing FMRI, and it is not an introduction to how FMRI works – it is an introduction to the visualization, analysis and checking of FMRI data, particularly using AFNI software to facilitate this. It will be most useful to you if you are already analyzing or will be analyzing some FMRI data shortly thereafter. For the present course, we are focusing on visualization, single subject analysis and quality control for the first two days, and on group analysis, statistical methodology and results reporting for the last day.
