Hello-

We are pleased to announce an upcoming AFNI Bootcamp, which will be held virtually from Oct 20-22, 2026.

This 3-day course will focus on:

  • FMRI/MRI data visualization, using the GUI and command line scripts
  • Data alignment, template/atlas selection, and linear regression
  • Full subject-level FMRI processing and quality control

Registration is free and open to both NIH and non-NIH researchers.
