I need a little help in my project, where I’ve applied a seed-based functional connectivity model with FSL. I’ve identified functional connectivity differences between two groups (healthy controls vs schizophrenia), and my current objective is to specifically analyze the impact of childhood trauma on these results.
In this context, I’m facing two challenges. Firstly, I need guidance on how to obtain or extract individual functional connectivity data from specific areas for each subject to analyze alongside my childhood trauma scale. Alternatively, I’d like to know how to incorporate the childhood trauma scale as a covariate of interest in both within-subject and between-group analyses.
I would appreciate any suggestions, advice, or references to relevant documentation that could provide clarity on these specific aspects of the analysis.
