Hello, I’m trying to change the resolution of Brainnetome and Glasser regions to 3mm, since my bold images are in res 3 mm, Do you have any idea what is the optimized approach for that?

Hi @Mahsa,

There are many options for doing this (e.g., mrgrid, or AFNI and FSL examples are here, and make sure whatever method you use that you do nearest neighbor interpolation). But many softwares can handle atlases that are higher resolution than your BOLD. What are your main goals?
