Warnings in Python are generally considered informational, and are probably most useful if there is an actual error/exception, as they can give hints to the conditions that led to the error.
So I wouldn’t worry about it.

Hi! I am working on the same data however there was some problem. The datasets description file is missing in the folder. I made a new dataset description however I am unaware of the BIDS version used in Camcam. I tried to search for it in the literature but had no luck.
Can anyone please tell me which BIDS version they used.

It doesn’t really matter what version you put down. I would say putting down the latest version is fine as long as it is compatible with the latest validator.
