BIDS Validator error: TR mismatch between NIFTI header and JSON file, and BIDS Validator is somehow finding TR=0. Best solution?

Warnings in Python are generally considered informational, and are probably most useful if there is an actual error/exception, as they can give hints to the conditions that led to the error.

So I wouldn’t worry about it.
