Hi everyone,
I am trying to run bidskit for a dataset of 10 subejcts. I have one T1w anatomical run and one bold run. However, the bidskit is quite slow to do this conversion on the HPC I am using, it doesn’t complete the conversion for all subjects even in 1.5 hours. I am running bidskit using a singularity image pulled from docker hub jmtyszka/ bidskit. Since the task is performed serially (subjectwise) by the bidskit, is it possible to do this parallely?
