Like the title says, I am wondering if SIFT / SIFT2 breaks when used with MAP or GQI. I know that SIFT / SIFT2 assumes that the FOD field is derived with spherical deconvolution. However, If SIFT / SIFT2 operates directly on the FOD lobes, does it matter how the FOD lobes were created?
