I have fMRI data with a TR of 3000 ms. I need to check if a ICA method I’m using called ICA-AROMA is giving worse off results because the classifier that it has trained is on a data with TR of 1960ms. So, I was wondering if I can maybe interpolate my data so that it has a TR of 1960ms or even convert it into the required TR with the loss of some time points?
