I am new here and new to this.
I am doing connectivity rs-fmri at 7T and I concatenated my 2 runs with nilearn, but I am hesitating between using cosine or high-filter when doing the NiftiMasker. I know that theoretically cosine is better.
This is what I get for my subject 1 : what do you think? Which one should I apply?
- is high pass (0.009, t_r 1,4)
- is cosine
