Hello. I try to extract the Desikan-Killiany parcellation and segmentation as a cifti file in fslr_32k atlas. Can anyone help me to do it? I thought it should be very simple task but apparently I get really stuck…

Can you talk us through what you have attempted so far? It will be much better to help if we can follow what you’ve done and can potentially spot any misunderstandings / bugs / etc.
