dHCP infant data downloading issue

I am experiencing the same issue as other. I have registered with the username “rezanazari95” but I have been unable to login successfully.

The system tells me that my password does not work. When asking to reset the password, it says “Your account is currently disabled. Please contact the system administrator.”

I have tried to register with my institutional email , but it says an account already exists, so I recovered the corresponding username. When I also try to recover the password, it says my account is disabled and to contact admin. Here are my account information

I am afraid we still don’t have an exact date. However it should be imminently. The data is processed and packaged, and the download infrastructure is undergoing some final testing…
