Dear community,
I have a basic question regarding fsl feat gui- Do changes in the post-stats tab should change the unthresholded maps of an analysis?
For example, I did the same analysis, once with whole brain analysis and once with small-volume correction (that is, I put pre-threshold masking in the post-stats tab). When I looked at the unthresholded results (i.e., the zstats.nii.gz files in the stats folder) I saw the two analyses yield slightly different activation patterns.
Is this supposed to happen? Shouldn’t those files be unrelated to the thresholded results and to the decisions I make in the pos-stats tab?
