What is NiChart?
We are excited to announce the NiChart demo release! NiChart is a set of modular but integrated software tools for neuroimaging research. NiChart will soon add support to run in conjunction with XCP-D and QSIPrep. You can now run NiChart easily to process on the cloud free of charge. You can preprocess multimodal MRI (structural now, and soon resting state + DWI) to get a standardized set of machine-learning derived biomarkers validated against several large openly available datasets.
Use XCP-D or QSIPrep? We want your input!
The same funding that supports NiChart also supports development of XCP-D and QSIPrep. I know there are several people here who use these tools. So that we can more easily secure more funding and help making these tools better, we need to collect user input through short surveys. All respondents who provide name/contact information for the both surveys will be listed in the acknowledgments section of the initial NiChart publication.
- Survey link (PLEASE consider) (you will see feedback for XCP-D and QSIPrep/Recon in the “NiChart user experience survey”)
