Event related- TR same as stimulus

Hi,

I’m implementing event related analysis for an experiment in which the TR is 2 seconds, and the task repeats at the same time resolution (2 seconds, during the whole scan).

Is normal event related analysis is still an option for such a design? (one TR per trial…)

Hey

It is usually ill advised to have you the ISI be multiple of the TR as you will always sample the same point of the HRF.

No way you can add some jitter to your onsets?

Many thanks! This data was collected long ago…
So I just need to look for solutions how to best utilize it
(nowadays- no one would suggest such a design)
