Hi Experts,
We are exploring the SDC methods provided in fMRIPrep, especially with PEPOLAR based fieldmaps and SyN. As, in our results with PHILIPS data for resting state there existed no difference between the SDC correction with PEPOLAR alone and the PEPOLAR + SyN (–force-syn) combination. Please suggest the correct approach to process the data so as to envisage the results depicting SDC carried with PEPOLAR and SyN.
Is the PEPOLAR first attempted and then refined using SyN or something else please suggest?
Can we visualize the distorted images being shown in the comparison with corrected for SDC as a NIfTI volume? If yes please mention the directory we need to look for it?
