Extracting functional connectivity from preprocessed data in CONN using desired atlas

How can I creat functional connectivity matrices from rest state fMRI which was preprocessed in CONN and I want to use the brainnetome atlas which parcellates the brain into 246 regions.

Hi @maryam.riazi,

You should be able to incorporate the atlas into the ROIs menu the first tab of the CONN parameters. Page 13 of the manual: CONN toolbox - Manual
