Summary of what happened:
I am running a group (i.e., third) level analysis in FSL’s FEAT. I have 174 cope images and 2 EVs. I would like to run simple unpaired sample t-tests in each tail.
As soon as I populate my design matrix in the stats tab, the GUI freezes and I am unable to initiate the process by pressing “Go”. I suspect this has something to do with the large number of input files I am trying feed into the model.
Does anyone have experience with this and know how to overcome the GUI freeze?

Environment (Docker, Singularity / Apptainer, custom installation):
I am running the software on Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS (Jammy Jellyfish). The installation was performed with Python for all system users. I am accessing the machine via Chrome Remote Desktop from my MacBook (Apple M2 Pro Chip; MacOS Tahoe 26.2).
