Hi everyone!
I am running a first level analysis on FSL. I have one subject who has been stuck at the ‘Preprocessing’ stage for almost two weeks. This has not happened with my other subjects. Does anyone know what might be going wrong with FSL/the scan and how to troubleshoot this?
