Fmriprep: html naming discrepancy

After running fMRIPrep v.24.1.1 using a ‘‘singularity run’’, although everything ran successfully, there was a naming error in the .html report files. Specifically, my participant label is: --participant-label sham4001 and the .html file had the name: sub-ham4001…html; for some reason the ‘‘s’’ was cut. I checked all the files and codes to find if there was naming error there as well but even inside the .html files the participant label was correct.

Yup, there was a small bug where .lstrip('sub-') was used, which should have been .removeprefix('sub-'). That will be fixed in the next release.
