fmriprep missing confound tsv file for one run

Hi,
I used fmriprep to preprocess data. I had one tsv file missing. This is for one subject (sub-05)'s one run (run-02).

Output:
sub-05_task-beliefphoto_run-01_desc-confounds_regressors.tsv
(while run-02 tsv is missing)

I noticed there is another post in 2018 having a similar problem. (link attached)
@mrl found no HTML file and re-ran to solve the problem.

Fmriprep missing the confounds tsv for run

Hi, I used fmriprep to preprocess some data. I have 2 runs in this study. The job completed, but I’m missing the confounds tsv for run 2 in the directory. My current output in my functional folder of the subject has all of these files sub-004_task-ec_run-01_bold_space-MNI152NLin2009cAsym_preproc.nii.gz sub-004_task-ec_run-01_bold_space-MNI152NLin2009cAsym_brainmask.nii.gz sub-004_task-ec_run-01_bold_confounds.tsv sub-004_task-ec_run-02_bold_space-MNI152NLin2009cAsym_brainmask.nii.gz sub-0…

However, I have HTML file (although missing content for sub-05 run-02) and re-ran didn’t solve the problem.

Just wondering if anyone could provide some help or any idea. Big thank you in advance.
