fMRIPrep output dimension

Hi everyone,

I wonder why fMRIprep produces the last image (“sub-3006_task-rest_run-1_space-MNI152NLin2009cAsym_desc-preproc_bold.nii.gz”) in the below dimensions:
Dimension : 78 x 93 x 78 x 257
Pixel Dimension : 2.5 x 2.5 x 2.5 x 1.5
where “tpl-MNI152NLin2009cAsym_res-02_desc-brain_T1w.nii.gz” has these ones:
Dimension : 97 x 115 x 97
Pixel Dimension : 2 x 2 x 2

I extracted this information by oro.nifti R package. I want to convert Brainnetome atlas to this template to employ new atlas for connectivity analysis.
Do you know why this issue happens and any solution for that?

Hi,

Without specifying a particular resolution in your output space, the voxel dimensions will match your the input image. Did you specify res-2 in your fmriprep command?
