Summary of what happened:
fMRIPrep finished successfully, but hemi-L_inflated.surf.gii and hemi-R_inflated.surf.gii have not been created. Recon-all finished without error. The same data is processed by Docker, and hemi-L/R_inflated.surf.gii can be created. But when at cluster, singularity is used, hemi-L/R_inflated.surf.gii can not be generated. Is it related to the version of fmriprep.sif? How can I resolve this problem?
