We have an activation overlay of a patient who will undergo operation in a few days. We have the patient’s original BET’ed T1 and his activation maps overlayed on the T1 at MRIcron. We want to convert this back to DICOM so that the surgeons can use it via the neuronavigation system during the operation.
We either need this, or a different kind of solution. This is crucial for the patient’s operation, as the surgeons will plan the surgery during the operation by looking at the activation maps.
In short, we need a way to convert an activation map we are looking at MRICRON NifTI to DICOM so that the surgeons can look at it during the operation.
