Hi everyone, I have some questions about SPM full factor:
I have two groups, 30 people each, two tasks. In the interaction result, I corrected with FDR<0.05,voxel=5. There are 13 clusters in the result, but my cluster 1 has about 20,000 voxels. But if I use FWE, after visualizing the activation results, activation is basically gone.
Does excessive FWE clustering voxels mean that the correction is too loose? How can I correct it? Or for clusters of 20,000 voxels, how do I select brain regions to report?
The result is visualized as follows:
FDR P<0.05
FWE p<0.05
