Hi,
My data details as follows:
same subjects group but in two stats separately (wakefulness and anesthesia)
under each stats, they are both listened two kind of names (their own name and other unfamiliar name)
now I want to calculate the dissimilarity of own name between this two states, so I use the script named rsa_fmri provided by Yaroslav Halchenko to do it, but unfortunately the result is around 1 (1-r)(I hope it should be 0). According to rsa, this result represents 0 correlation in this condition.
So I want to ask any kind man that is this condition available for RSA( Representational similarity analysis)? or I can not calculate dissimilarity in different stats even though from same subject?
