Please, is there anyone who manages their data in BIDS format with Clinica? My data contains T1 and fMRI images. Clinica supports only T1, so I manage data only with T1. I have T1 images from one patient but at different times, so there are many sessions. I need to complete the preprocessing step with both T1 and fMRI. Adding fMRI managed as I do for T1 is still hard with my code. Are there tools or steps I could follow?
