mindVisualizer: interactive exploration of resting-state brain dynamics

Hi everyone,

I wanted to share mindVisualizer, an open-source tool for making information flow in the brain feel more intuitive and explorable.

I built it mainly as an educational and interpretability tool. It lets you interact with resting-state brain dynamics in several ways: as a continuous flow through brain space, as perturbations spreading through an effective connectivity graph, and as trajectories through a learned resting-state manifold with corresponding ROI activity changes.

The aim is to give a more visual and interactive feel for these dynamics, rather than only inspecting static connectivity results. It also includes optional LLM-based interpretations to help explain trajectories and perturbations in functional terms.
