Obtain connectivity matrix from brain atlas in greyordinate space

Hello!
Is it possible to obtain connectivity matrix with qsirecon using a brain atlas that is in greyordinate space?
E.g. Group-Parcellation/3T/Cortex-Subcortex/Gordon333.32k_fs_LR_Tian_Subcortex_S1.dlabel.nii

Hi @AlteredCarbon,

That is not possible at the moment. You would have to convert that to a volumetric file.
