I have a resting-state fMRI dataset that I wanna use to retrieve the resting state networks. This is the dataset and the corresponding paper:

Now, when trying to compute MELODIC on fsl, I disable all preprocessing steps including registration (which I do not now if it must be done) and the MELODIC analysis either gives me errors or goes on without finishing.
