Pymvpa searchlight nii output

Hi all,

I have run a searchlight MVPA analysis using the bids-pymvpa app. I have been able to successfully run the searchlight code, and it generates an .nii file with the appropriate name. When I open the file in fsl (or similar software), I see the following:

How is this image to be interpreted, as it does not appear to be in MNI space. Is this what the .nii file should look like? The mri_info appears to be what I would expect:
