Dear all

we are happy to announce a new release of the rsHRF toolbox https://github.com/compneuro-da/rsHRF thanks to @sofie_vdb and Guorong Wu.

The new version includes a new set of basis functions, and the possibility of doing surface based analyses. You are welcome to give it a try and tell us what you think.

The new version is in Matlab (standalone and SPM plugin).

The Python/BIDS version, based on the previous release, is still functioning (thanks to the maintenance by Madhur Tandon, #gsoc 2018 student). @frakkopesto and @Soichi_Hayashi are working on its integration with brainlife.io

If some Python expert wants to help towards a faster translation, please get in touch!

I’ve updated the brainlife app to use docker://bids/rshrf:1.0.8 container. I’ve run a a test job and it finished successfully > https://github.com/BIDS-Apps/rsHRF/issues/2#issuecomment-568285653
