Running synBOLD T1 and BOLD orientations

Hello,

After running synBOLD on a bunch of participants, I realized I inputted the BOLD data in RPI orientation, but the T1 is in LPI. Does this make a difference, or do I have to re-orient the T1 to RPI and re-run?

Hi @Kareem_Al-Khalil,

I think it’s fine, but you should also inspect the outputs and make sure SDC worked as expected and that no labels are switched around.
