Dear experts
I am new to fMRI analysis. I have performed an fMRI task for some subjects and presented them with different cues.
The purpose of my task is to get the brain activity of each cue for getting the activation amplitude of each cue to finally sort them from highest to lowest. In addition, I need to compute the slope across them and then correlate that with the slope of the scores for each subject.
My question is which statistical model is proper to analysis my data in a correct way?
