Summary of what happened: Hello! I am using spm12 for 1st level models and have encountered the following error:
‘Failed Contrast Manager’
Error using spm_run_con (line 254)
Error in contrast specification
Resulting in only 2 of 4 runs being modeled.
Screenshots / relevant information:
Onset times are all correct and the contrasts themselves have had no issues running for other participants. High pass filter is the default 128 and masking threshold is -Inf.
