Hi,
I wanted to apply the experimental method to perform susceptibility distortion correction in the absence of fieldmaps. Since I do not have any fieldmaps in my BIDS subject folder, I did not use the --ignore fieldmaps flag, nor did I use the --force-syn flag.
The use of the --use-syn-sdc flag lead to errors, while the command runs perfectly in its absence. Please let me know what I can do differently.
