I am trying to use the csdsi_3dshore pipeline to eventually run mrtrix on some DSI cartesian data. I noticed that in msmt_csd step, csdsi_3dshore.yaml runs dwi2fod -lmax 4,8,8. I normally run the default (-lmax 8,0,0), and the other mrtrix pipelines in qsiprep use dwi2fod -lmax 8,8,8. Is there a specific reason for using 4,8,8 here, related to the interpolation perhaps?
